Collingwood have kicked a steadier everytime the disappointing Dogs have started to challenge. The Dogs are capable of kicking quick goals but the 37 point deficit at the last break looks too imposing.

It looked like a slaughter with the Pies taking total control but the Dogs fought back to be somehow within 19 pts at the long break.

Neither side is hitting their targets early but the Pies are looking a little more dangerous. A late goal to Leon Davis gives Collingwood a lead of 7 points at the first break.

It’s still a tug of war with momentum swinging one way then the other. There’s some dark clouds gathering over the SCG and if one side can gain a break it could be telling. All square at the long break.
